“My professional identity has changed. How do I explain who I am now?”
“I know I want change — but I need clarity, confidence and a realistic plan.”

Small group.
Real conversation.
The programme is intentionally small-group and participant-centred. Each session combines reflection, practical exercises, facilitated discussion, peer feedback and real-life career application in a focused and supportive environment.
Five connected stages
Each stage builds on the one before it, moving from reflection and direction to professional identity, confidence, strategy and action.
Purpose · Direction · Career Vision
Step back from immediate pressure and explore what professional success means to you now. Clarify your values, priorities and the future direction you want to investigate.

Professional Identity · Strengths · Career Positioning
Identify the patterns of value across your experience. Translate your strengths, transferable skills, values and aspirations into a coherent professional narrative and possible target roles.

Dress the Mind: Professional Presence & Confidence
Explore how self-perception and beliefs influence professional behaviour. Reframe what may be limiting action and connect stronger internal confidence with the way you show up externally.

Career Strategy · Market Navigation · Action Plan
Turn the previous work into a realistic Luxembourg-market strategy. Strengthen your CV and LinkedIn positioning, networking and interview approach and create a practical two-to-three-month action plan.

Follow-up · Progress Review · Accountability
Return after testing your ideas in real life. Review what worked, what did not, where you still feel blocked and what needs adjusting, then define priorities for the following 30–60 days.

Three perspectives, one connected journey
Steve, Marina and Miriam bring complementary experience in purpose, career strategy, psychology and professional presence to guide participants from reflection to action.
Steve Muscat Azzopardi
After 25 years spanning Financial and Corporate Services, a tech start-up and serving as a Partner at a top-tier global advisory firm, Steve realised that his purpose is to help others grow. As an author and professional mentor, he supports others in gaining the confidence to present their authentic selves at work. In the Career & Purpose Lab, he helps participants understand themselves better, clarify their vision for the future and recognise the existing superpowers that can help them get there.
Marina Krasochka
Marina spent 12 years watching hiring decisions from the inside—as a technical recruiter at Luxoft, Google and Meta—before making the jump from corporate to solopreneurship and learning firsthand what that transition demands. She has also started over from scratch across Kyiv, Stuttgart, Munich, Hamburg and Luxembourg. At Career & Purpose Lab, Marina helps close the gap between being talented and ready and having the clarity and plan to move forward.

For twelve years, Marina watched thousands of hiring decisions unfold from the inside—as a technical recruiter at Luxoft, Google and Meta across fast-scaling outsourcing firms, AI startups and global tech. She screened careers and heard over 8,000 professional stories along the way, helping more than 500 people land the job that shifted everything for them.
Marina also knows what it is like to sit on the other side of a very different kind of table. She has started over from scratch four times—Kyiv, Stuttgart, Munich, Hamburg and now Luxembourg—with each move bringing a new language, new rules and a new version of “normal.” This has given her a firsthand understanding of what it means to rebuild a career and an identity somewhere unfamiliar.
She has also made the jump from corporate to solopreneurship and knows firsthand what that transition demands: the identity shift of no longer having a title to lean on, the discipline of building structure where none exists and the discomfort of figuring it out without a playbook. Since 2024, as a Co-Active coach, Marina has worked with people navigating career and life transitions—especially those doing it far from home. She has also spent the past year as a people and organizational development consultant, helping a fast-growing company scale its team from 10 to 50 people in a single year.
Marina contributes to Career & Purpose Lab because she keeps meeting people who are talented and ready but stuck—not from lack of skill but from lack of clarity or a plan that fits their situation. She helps close that gap because she has sat on both sides of the table that matters most in a career transition: the one hiring and the one starting over. Most people only ever see it from one side. Marina brings both.
Outside of work, Marina resets on a bouldering wall, a yoga mat or a snowboard depending on the season.

After completing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Miriam began her career in recruitment, talent evaluation and professional development—supporting individuals in identifying their strengths and aligning them with meaningful career paths. She later expanded into training and workplace wellbeing, contributing to programmes focused on work-related stress and organizational resilience.
After more than a decade living internationally across Singapore, Houston, Dubai, Rotterdam and Luxembourg, Miriam experienced continuous transitions that became her personal laboratory for growth. Each environment required her to adapt, evolve and redefine herself—ultimately leading her to step into a more intentional and “upgraded” version of who she is.
This journey led Miriam to found thehumanempowerment.com, a platform dedicated to helping individuals upgrade their mindset and unlock their highest potential. Her methodology integrates psychology, neuroscience, performance optimization and biohacking, supporting individuals in reshaping the internal patterns that drive their decisions, behaviours and results.
Today, as Co-Founder of ThinkFit App and MobiGym.lu, Miriam oversees human resources strategy and operations within a concept that combines productivity with physical movement—promoting a more holistic approach to performance, healthspan and longevity.
Her work is rooted in one core belief: human beings have an extraordinary capacity to evolve when they understand how their mind works and how to intentionally upgrade it.
Miriam is driven by a genuine desire to contribute—helping individuals transform, grow and succeed in a way that feels aligned, authentic and expansive. Her contribution to the Career & Purpose Lab is rooted in more than a decade of experience across psychology, recruitment, talent evaluation, professional development, training and workplace wellbeing. This experience allows her to bring both a psychological and practical career perspective to the programme.
Having lived and worked across Singapore, Houston, Dubai, Rotterdam and Luxembourg, Miriam also brings a personal understanding of transition, adaptation, cultural diversity and professional reinvention. These experiences have taught her that career development is not only about acquiring skills or finding a job; it is also about understanding who you are, what drives you, what you bring and how confidently you communicate your value.
Within the Career & Purpose Lab, Miriam aims to create a space where participants can move beyond simply asking which job they should do and instead explore their strengths, what makes them unique, what they want to contribute and how they can present themselves with greater clarity and confidence.
Her contribution is to help participants connect self-awareness, strengths, purpose, professional identity and personal presence, turning these insights into practical steps they can apply to their career journey. Ultimately, her goal is to empower each participant to see their potential more clearly and feel more confident in owning, communicating and building their professional path.
